OMG You guys! I did it! I co-hosted my first DIY Wedding Planning Workshop with Sabrina Fay Pierce of the DIY LA Bride Studio. The workshop was conducted in a laid back, casual, conversational format. We discussed venue and vendor selection, budget allocation, wedding details that DIY couples could potentially take on, and resources and shops to purchase DIY material and tools. I created a DIY Wedding Planning booklet that contains simple checklists and project planner.
We had a few sponsors that provided raffle prizes, samples, and coupon codes.
It was awesome for DIY brides to share their experiences. Special thanks to my past clients, Cristina, Katie, and Christine for sharing their DIY experience and advice.
