Wedding Advisor Package
For DIY couples who want to plan the wedding on their own, but need assistance from a ‘wedding advisor’. This includes vendor referral, tracking of timeline, checklists, and budget, day-of coordination and set up.
- FREE initial consultation (1 hour)
- FREE ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SESSION!!!! (Includes 2-3 hour photo session and DVD of all original photo files and 20 enhanced (touched up) photos. Travel limited to within Los Angeles county.)*
- Unlimited contact via phone and email
- Five (5) in-person meetings (2 hours each) for planning sessions, vendor appointments, or “sweatshop” assistance
- Creative inspirations on save-the-date, invitation, menu, program, placecards, and other printed materials
- Event layout design of ceremony and reception site
- Vendor referral
- Monitor budget
- Production of timeline for the event, the vendors, and the wedding party
- Organize and manage ceremony rehearsal
- Coordinate and confirm vendors for delivery and set-up
- Use of wedding day emergency kits (one for bride and one for groom)
- Up to (10) ten hours on the day of the event, from set-up to tear down
- One assistant for guest count up to 200
