Micro-Wedding in Downtown Los Angeles
You never wanted a big wedding anyway, you would’ve just gone and got a civil ceremony if your parents didn’t threaten to disown you. Well, with the current situation and restriction in hopes to minimize the spread of a deadly virus, we’ve gathered our favorite vendors and put together an all-inclusive Micro-Wedding, so you can keep things small, not break the bank, skip the headache of wedding planning, and make mom and dad happy.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We’ve locked down a venue with a beautiful garden setting with in-house catering. A team of essential vendors is secured including a coordinator, an officiant, a photographer, a florist, and a musician. All you have to do is show up in your beautiful self (hair and makeup done) in your gown and suit. You can invite up to 10 guests to join you in the celebration.
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
- Venue will include a 2-hour site rental, in-house catering with champagne/mimosa, and pre-set plated appetizers for a cocktail reception.
- Vendors will include a wedding coordinator, a photographer, an officiant, and a solo guitarist performing live.
- Products will include a personalized welcome sign, bridal bouquet, boutonniere for the groom, and a 6′ wedding cake for cutting.
WHAT ARE THE LIMITATIONS?
- Only the couple and 10 guests are allowed per wedding. No exceptions. This is to help maintain a safe social distance in a group setting. Masks are REQUIRED when not eating or drinking.
- There may be multiple weddings on the same day, but each event will have exclusive usage of the venue for 2 hours.
- Personal flowers such as the bridal bouquet and boutonniere can be customized with our partner florist, but the flowers on the arch will be a preset design in white.
IS THIS FOR ME?
If you have a long list of people you want to invite and have a hard time cutting it down, then a micro-wedding is NOT for you. We recommend you to wait until it’s safe to have a normal wedding where everyone you love can celebrate with you.
If you’re excited just to hear the words “micro wedding”, was about to go Vegas to get married, care more about the celebration than the decor, and no one will get mad at you, then THIS IS FOR YOU.
WHERE IS THE VENUE?
GARDEN SETTING – Our partner venue is the DoubleTree by Hilton in Downtown Los Angeles. You’ll be getting married in their beautiful rooftop Japanese inspired Kyoto Garden complete with an evergreen backdrop and waterfall. Your wedding ceremony and cocktail reception will be held in the secluded upper garden. Included in your booking are the ceremony arch, PA system, white folding chairs, cocktail tables (white/black linen).

We’re estimating the total cost to be $5,000 depending on the food and beverage order.
