I had so much fun setting up and coordinating Mindy & Rick’s Wedding at the Westin Pasadena on July 31st. The wedding ceremony was held at the Holy Family Catholic Church in South Pasadena. The church includes a coordinator, so I just needed to make sure the florist and the wedding party arrive on time. American Limousine provided the transportation for the wedding party.
Rick is my groom of the year! He was at every planning session and he designed all of the wedding stationery from save the date to escort cards. Mindy planned every detail of the wedding, she even sketched all of the designs. We had an amazing purple candy buffet and gorgeous wedding cakes (yes! 3 cakes!) by SusieCakes. To honor the Japanese heritage of the Bride, we had a taiko performance by Taiko Center of Los Angeles. Cocktail entertainment was by Bolero Soul Music. Floral arrangements were by Commerce Flowers, I especially love the manzanita branch with crystals and candles. Carcano DJ provided the entertainment for the reception, uplights in the ballroom, and chiavari chair rental. Fiori Wedding Co. provided the satin lamour purple linens.
