If you are familiar with Oviatt Penthouse in Downtown LA, the Wilshire Loft is managed and catered by Truly Yours Catering. Situated in the heart of LA, the venue has easy access to freeway with private underground parking. - Friday & Sunday 2016 site fee is $1000
- Saturday is $2000 with a minimum of Food and Beverage sales $5,000*

Oue Skyspace LA is the newest event venue in the tallest building (U.S. Bank Tower) on the west coast. Situated on the 70th floor with 360-degree views of Los Angeles. On a clear day, you can see from the San Gabriel Mountains to the Pacific Ocean. The night view is just as stunning, your guests will be in awe!
Pricing:
- Venue Rental Rates range from $10K-$20K for the 70th floor with the attraction open.
- Venue rental rates with the attraction closed (full buy-out) range from $60,000-$150,000 depending on day of the week and time of year.
