In the Clouds Events had a great opportunity to collaborate with DoubleTree DTLA on hosting a Summer Wellness Retreat, dedicated to the hardworking planners and vendors in the event industry. This was a great event for vendors to network, while enjoying themselves in the beautiful Kyoto Garden at the DoubleTree hotel.
The catering team at DoubleTree DTLA provided all of the light summer bites, from delicious salads in mason jars, to refreshing aguas frescas. MM Creamery catered desserts, with their signature ice cream bar as well as a beautiful mini dessert table. We brought in live music to entertain the guests, and treated them with massages and yoga in the garden for some self-care.
Overall, it was a great event to show planners and vendors how much they are appreciated! As a small gift for everyone, we even had a calligrapher personalize yoga mats during the event. Everyone needs some self-care once in awhile, so this Summer Wellness Retreat was the perfect summer celebration for our hardworking industry.
