PLANNING & PREPARATION
- Budget management and payment schedule
- Venue research and schedule site visit appointments
- Vendor research that meets preference and budget
- Attend vendor meetings (up to 6 sessions)
- Overall wedding design
- Planning session and timeline production
- RSVP management and seating arrangement
ADVICE & ASSISTANCE
- Unlimited contact via phone, txt msg, and email during business hours
- Advice on wedding etiquette
- Set up wedding website
- Assist in rehearsal dinner booking
- Reminder emails with to-do list and packing list
- Suggestions on reception entertainment
- Provide guidance to marriage license application process and bride’s name change process
COORDINATION
- Direct ceremony rehearsal
- Transport wedding accessories to ceremony and reception sites
- Execute wedding day activities
- Up to 12 hours of service on day-of
- Coordinate timing with vendors, wedding party, and family
- Supervise setup and strike
- Distribute personal flowers and pin on boutonnieres
- Direct processional line up and ceremony music queues
- 1 to 3 wedding assistants (depending on guest count and complexity of wedding)
- Transfer wedding gifts to designated location or person
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Use of wedding day emergency kits
