Los Verdes Golf Club Asian Fusion Wedding

Angela and Deryck held their Asian fusion wedding on the sunny greens of Los Verdes Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. They showcased their background with a modern wedding and a traditional Chinese wedding banquet. We ordered custom bilingual pocket fold invitation with watercolor floral design and traditional frog knot clasp on the front.

The modern flower arrangements were vibrant colors using reds and oranges that represent luck in Chinese culture. Guests stayed cool with red paper parasols and fans during the outdoor ceremony. A cocktail hour followed, with close-up magician and live singer entertaining the guests. Guests wrote heartfelt messages to the newlyweds and hung on cherry blossom trees.

The festivities continued indoors with a 10-course Chinese banquet reception and a lion dance. Everyone enjoyed the festivities, which included wedding games, caricature artists, photo booth, and lots of dancing. The couple’s fur baby made cameo at the photo booth as a foamboard cutout. The beautiful wedding cake stacked high and adorned with fresh flowers all around. The wedding proved to be a fun way of showing both modern and traditional celebrations joined into an Asian fusion wedding.
