Carrie found James at Cha for Tea on a late-night boba run. Who knew, this encounter would change their lives forever… After 11 years together, they finally tied the knot at the beautiful Westin Pasadena Hotel. The biggest perk getting married at the Westin Pasadena is that it’s right next door to the Pasadena City Hall. You’ll get tons of beautiful photos with gorgeous backgrounds and scenery.

The ceremony was held at the Courtyard Fountain. We had 12 feet tall draping soft chiffon framing the altar. Across the top, a 6-foot flower bed filled with assorted roses in peach and blush pink hue. The wedding party walks down the aisle and across the bridge to line up on the two sides.

For the reception, we had floor to ceiling draping behind the sweetheart table, white dance floor, soft blush pink uplighting, gorgeous tall floral centerpieces, beautiful 3-tier cake with fresh flowers on a gold pedestal, all the little details set the scene for Carrie & James’ Wedding.

We love a party with awesome entertainment and guest experience. For late-night snack, Carrie and James provided an instant noodle bar. Talk about instant noodles galore! Japanese ramen, Korean Shin Ramyun, Chinese Noodles, and Vietnamese Pho. Just add water and toppings! It was a hit. For those not into cup-o-noodles, we also had a taco guy cooking up fresh soft tacos in the balcony overlooking Pasadena night scene. Everything was perfect, dreamy, and fun!
