Wedding invitation suite is often the only printable wedding item couples think of, but some of the most important printed things you’ll need are the wedding day signage. Don’t forget to ask your stationer or designer to create matching or coordinating signs for your wedding day.

If you don’t have a stationer or designer to help you create signs, you can search on Etsy.com or if your wedding theme is classic gold with elegant white florals, then it’s your lucky day! We’ve created these FREE printable for you to download and use!

You can choose to print them yourself or send them to your local printers. They can be on paper then framed or they can be printed and mounted on foam-core boards or PVC boards.

Personalized Wedding Welcome Sign

A welcome sign let’s your guests know that they’re in the right place, especially if there are multiple weddings at your venue. You can personalize these by downloading the PDF file: Personalizable Wedding Welcome Sign, and edit the names and date. The font cannot be change and if your name is long, it may not all fit in one line. If you’d like something more customized, contact us and we can help you!

Wedding Gift Cards & Gift Table Sign

The question most guests ask upon arriving at your wedding is where to drop off gifts and gift cards. Place a Wedding Cards & Wedding Gifts Sign at the welcome table along with a container to collect gifts and gift cards to let them know this is the spot. Make sure you assign a gift attendant (or two) to keep an eye on the gift table and help direct the guests.

Wedding Table Numbers

We highly recommend assigning each guest to a table if you have a guest count more than 10 or 20 people. Use a seating chart or escort cards to tell the guests which table they’re seated at. It will be much easier for the guests to follow the escort card to find their table and seat. It’ll also make dinner service less chaotic for the catering or banquet staff.

Download these Wedding Table Numbers 1-10 in 5×7 and put them in a nice photo frame and place on the guest tables.

Wedding Dessert Table Sign

Many couples worry that the guests would grab the desserts from the dessert table before dinner or worse before the photographer can take a photos. It’s true! For some reason, guests always seem to want to sneak a treat before the station is open. W’ve had to guard the dessert table and direct people to come back after dinner. Here’s a Wedding Dessert After Dinner Sign that you can download, print, and framed to place on the table. It’s pretty to look at and provided instructions.

We would love to see these at your wedding! If you used them, please share the photo with us by commenting below or tag us on social media @inthecloudsevents on Facebook and Instagram.
